Mailing List

Most of the discussion about the project is carried out on a mailing list. This allows members to contribute ideas without needing to choreograph time zones.

To subscribe to our mailing list send an email to walledcity-request@danpat.net with the word subscribe in the subject line or in the body of the email.

An archive of the mailing list can be found on DanPat's walledcity site.

You can join Walledcity-Discuss at the SourceForge web interface. Hopefully we can migrate everyone over to this list ( *grins* sorry Danpat ;)

IRC

We have also an online discussion channel (IRC) on irc.openprojects.net, the channel is #walledcity.

This channel is provided as a means for members to meet face to face and discuss ideas real time. Quite often this is a good means to hash out fine details that can be overlooked in an email message.

Time Zones can be a problem, and its best to based attendance on TZ being either GMT+8 or GMT+10 (this covers most of Australia). Evening times during these time zones is time with most people there. Channel logs can be reached from DanPat's Walledcity site.
